Groupe Beaudry is a merger of families, regions and businesses sharing the same values. When J.B. Cadrin and Jean-Paul Beaudry decided to collaborate, team efforts were united between Lévis and Pointe-aux-Trembles, and the newly formed Beaudry & Cadrin was connecting important suppliers for distributors and retailers. When Roland & Frères came on board, the Saint-Pacôme region joined the family. And finally, our F. Charest acquisition added Saint-Georges-de-Beauce, extending our servicing map and consolidating Groupe Beaudry as the leading independent food distributor for eastern Canada.

	First, there was Beaudry & Cadrin. J.B. Cadrin Inc. and Jean-Paul Beaudry Ltée united in February 2013. These two family businesses spanned several generations who knew how to stand out and embrace emerging, innovative ideas. Their unwavering vision: impeccable food distribution propelled entirely by the strength of family businesses. Today the company embodies the values by which it was created: partnership, collaboration, local presence and deep respect for the work of the families that sustain our economy. By partnering with other families who shared their vision, the initial dream grew large and wide.
	Adding Roland & Frères limitée allowed us to grow, while respecting the proximity and relationships established with the people of their regions. At the time of the official announcement, Roland & Frères’s management stated: "this strategic alliance benefits the company in every way, especially in terms of active development, thanks to the expertise of each company in the food industry. Our partnership allows us to serve you better and helps us pursue the guiding principle that’s been our beacon for the last 70 years... think regional!” Joining Beaudry & Cadrin Inc. favoured innovation, benefiting all of their customers.
	With F. Charest, it was all about being as “rigorous as the big guys, while staying close to their customers". They live up to this, every single day, by delivering the desired products, exactly when you want them, and at prices that make sense. This all sounds great, of course. But the best part is that they delivered, and still deliver, exactly on what they say. Like us, for several decades, F.
